Very bad customer service. They kept getting my order wrong even after I told them multiple times what the issue is and to fix it. The guy was getting an attitude for simply asking for our items to be prepared correctly. The lady at the speaker didn’t know what she was doing. When we got to the window to pay the entire order was different than what we requested.
Editing to add as of 9/24/26: this Dunkin still is horrible and charged maximum prices for everything. Pumpkin season again and they charge way extra for pumpkin flavor when it shouldn’t be. Then I got my free coffee today and added on marshmallow cold foam which apparently they are out but didnt update the app or let me know at the speaker instead they decided to put purple cold foam on and argue with me that it tasted the same.
