Always get orders wrong
When I arrived, there were only one or two cars in the parking lot, yet the employee told me she was too busy to assist me and asked me to come inside. My drink was made incorrectly twice. When I requested a refund, I was told the manager was not available, and I could not get my money back. The staff repeatedly made mistakes with my order, and it seems like they lack proper training. It was a great experience, however they got my coffee wrong twice, but everything was resolved quickly. The food was good and the coffee was excellent.
I had to yell for the worker to finally notice me because she was wearing headphones and listening to music and then she just giggled and went back to listening to her music.
