Dunkins in Atlanta are generally hit or miss. But sheesh this one might be the worst that I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service. Food preparation is god awful. Don’t even bother ordering an iced latte. It’s typical for Dunkin to have milk heavy drinks, so I’d ask for more espresso and less sugar . But they don’t take direction well and gave me something that resembled egg nog pretty much. Actually questioned if they simply forgot the coffee part?
Literally the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to in life. Customer service is horrible weird energy. They don't make your food or drinks with quality and barely follow your order. Dry disrespectful energy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I suggest you go to the next closest one to here. That is unless you're in the mood for a fight because that's what their energy is going to make you want to do and grab them from behind the register but I don't condone violence.
I asked for loaded hashbrowns literally got whole pieces of bacon on top of hashbrowns .. I can’t make this up lol
They said they don't sell cappucino blast any more. What is sad about these places is corporate or the owner never pay any attention to reviews or they would fix these issues.
