I come here once a week. The customer service has really fallen off. It’s taken 30+ minutes to go through the drive thru for a simple iced coffee and sandwich
They overcharged me, and the assistant manager said she didn’t know how to find my ticket in the system or give me a refund, so I would have to come back the next day for someone else to do it. Ridiculous.
There’s always something wrong with this Dunkin. Systems are always down and they take long. I’ve waited 15 mins because they hold my order hostage. Ignore this one and go to the one on Cobb instead.
This Dunkin' is seriously awesome; the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The place is clean too. They're always packed in and out, but they handle it like pros and never mess up my orders. I totally recommend this one. America runs on dunkin...
HORRIBLE!! They are slow and ignore customers who are waiting inside. They move with ZERO purpose, including the manager (7/16/25 @ 10 am).
