Dumb customers take up the line and get mad when you blow the horn for them to move up. Employees terrified to make the customers move. I will never come back to this location.
Horrible customer service, coffee never fresh.
I order a cinnamon raisin bagel, well toasted and a medium coffee. This cost $7. The bagel was old and was not toasted at all and the cream cheese cold. This is my 5th try with them. I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. 🤬🤬🤬
Seems to always be vagrants hanging around this and other dunkin' donuts... I was here a couple of days ago there was a guy standing at the drive-up window I blew my horn he got belligerent, the worker in the window even had a bad attitude with me, was borderline disrespectful and very rude which seems to be common of women of this culture with black men.
