I go here everyday and order the same thing. When I completed my order, at the drive thru the lady started to repeat my order and another woman jump in. She was very rude and told me in a nasty tone next time don’t order like that because it was confusing. When I got to the window, I politely asked the server what part of my order was confusing. Great staff!
I've been here a couple of times I usually put in a mobile order and I wait a good few minutes to let them prepare. The store is NEVER busy mind you. They always act like there is no mobile order and once when they finally realize they prepare it in a rush that the coffee is so bad. No sugar just straight up garbage. Honestly got me enough to quit going to dunkin all together I just want to make my own coffee now. How bad do you have to be to be bad at the one thing your hired to do.
