Blank stares no help just order on the machine no Interaction because they dont know what to say...because they cant interact with you...or i guess most people....figure it out...this is ridiculous

This review is mainly about the employees. At the the Lima Road location the guy wanted to argue with me about a credit I had from a previous visit. Wouldn't even listen to me. Slammed the window shut as I was talking. I don't understand why these people are hired in the first place. Same treatment at the Coldwater Road location.
This is my favorite Dunkin!
