This review is mainly about the employees. At the the Lima Road location the guy wanted to argue with me about a credit I had from a previous visit. Wouldn't even listen to me. Slammed the window shut as I was talking. I don't understand why these people are hired in the first place. Same treatment at the Coldwater Road location.
This is my favorite Dunkin!
If you’re looking for the brownie batter donuts or decent customer service I’d go elsewhere. I’ve attempted this place a few times for different things over the past year and every time they are rude and don’t have any product. Went to get a brownie batter donut this morning and was told I had to preorder to get those. What?!? I called the one on Dupont and they have plenty. Stay away from Lima Dunkin. They need new owners. Just a gross place.
this dunkin location is THE BEST!!! i was not a fan of the previous workers, but they’ve been under different management for about a year or more, and the workers are genuinely my favorite humans on this planet❤️ Baul, Hitesh, Mahdu, and Emily are all amazing. i go almost daily and they are the sweetest people ever !! and drinks are always delish! highly recommend
