Love my Dunkin!
I ordered the bagel untoasted but it was still as hard as a brick. The iced latte was absolutely terrible. It was definitely not what I ordered. It tasted like water and espresso. Just very bitter water. Absolutely horrible. You would think they would have exact measurements to how everything is made and it's not a guessing game.
