I ordered the bagel untoasted but it was still as hard as a brick. The iced latte was absolutely terrible. It was definitely not what I ordered. It tasted like water and espresso. Just very bitter water. Absolutely horrible. You would think they would have exact measurements to how everything is made and it's not a guessing game. One of my absolute favorite places to go. I usually order on the app and when I do it takes them no time to get it put together. Great environment and clean facility.
Ordered chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles this morning and did not open them until I got back home. The donuts I received were so stale they were hard. I could have hammered a nail with them. You cannot tell me that they didn’t realize what they were giving a customer. Will never get donuts here again.
