Horrendous from the start. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for our order, finally got it and the coffee was wrong, sandwiches were cold. Asked for a correction on the coffee and the employee at the window told us to “pull around” …….on the one way street into oncoming traffic??? Went in to get a refund, a different employee helped us after standing in the lobby for another 10 minutes. Their soups are perfect for cozy afternoons.
This review is mostly based on the parking lot. They have the worst parking lot I have ever seen in my life. There is not room for two cars to pass whenever the drive-through line gets long so the people trying to get out of the spots have to try to squeeze their way out and it’s very dangerous for literally everyone.
