I just wanted to get a meal deal and clean off my gift card before I caught the bus home. I figured I could get a reliable, cheap warm meal here. Well, my sandwich was barely warm... lol. Im honestly baffled... how is it even possible to warm something in an oven, without even melting the cheese on the sandwich? Everything else is pre-cooked, so this is literally one of the only measures of success to serve decent food... why even put it in the oven if you are pushing out sandwiches with cold, solid pieces of cheese on them.... read more
Great food qnd awesome service
When I received my food, it was cold.
Every time I come to this Dunkin’, it never fails the food is always stale, hard, and just overall not fresh. It’s like they warm it up for five seconds and hand it out. The cheese is never melted, and this has been happening for months. At this point, I only feel comfortable buying drinks from here because the food quality is so disappointing. I really hope they improve.
