This location is decent just very unorganized. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins and no one ever came so I drove to the window and no one ever came. They got my order wrong several times.
*** UPDATE 9-29-2025 NATIONAL COFFEE DAY: I receive EMAILS and notification via text to stopy by for free medium coffee with purchase. I stop in, order some food, and ask associate for the free coffee. She rings up my order asking for full price. I mention the email for the coffee, to which she responds, "I'll need to see that email." So I proceed to show her. She then says, "Well open your app." I said, "Ma'am, the app did not work properly on my phone, I had to delete it, and when I attempted to reinstall, I get a message ... read more
- even though i was the only car there at the time it seems like they rushed to make my drink. - the lady at the confirmation board was rude and i understand keeping wait times down but please listen to ur customers. - they got my drink wrong twice. and added ingredients that i told them not to. - they also did not tell me my total (illegal btw!) this is my second time going to this dunkin donuts and they messed up my drink the first time too.
I dont know whats been going on with the staff last few months but the quality of drinks and service has completely gone down. You order on the mobile app and your drinks/ orders are still not ready, even when there's no customers.
