Horrible customer service. Didn't have most of what I wanted because the "truck" hadn't came in yet. But over experience was bad. Won't visit again.
I don't know what happened here or why but there was a time where I enjoyed stopping here. I still don't get how asking the clerk not to add bacon, which is an extra expense anyway, is something to give a paying customer attitude over. You are assembling the sandwich, don't add it.
Been here a couple times and the food is delicious but service takes a little while, and confusing if your first time going to dunkin. Atmosphere is anxious because of the tight space and crazy that hang around there.
I recently visited Dunkin, and I was thoroughly impressed! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was bright and inviting, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or enjoying a few moments to unwind. The customer service lady was rude. She put wrong donut for me once I asked her I didn’t ask for this one. She got upset and gave me a coffee like horse 🐎 pee. Not cold not hot.
