Service is agonizingly slow, even when it's not very busy. (And it's usually busy.) Donuts can be stale, and the coffee is somehow pricier than the nearby Starbucks. Lastly, it's very difficult to communicate with some of the employees in English, who required repeated correction and still got elements of my order wrong.
