Sebastian was extremely helpful and kind during my time here! My coffee was made perfectly and the place was very clean and well-decorated for fall.
Excellent customer service and delicious custom donuts you don’t see in other Dunkin’s.
Closed at 7:20pm? Thats not good business. I come here everyday and they shooed me away? Closing is at 8.
I thought with a Brand new look, the store would also have brand new customer service. They do not. The two girls that just took my order offered zero customer service and giggled more than they spoke. The attitudes are still disgusting. Dunkin needs to do better.
