had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed distracted, talking to each other and using their AirPods while taking orders. It felt like they were not paying attention, and I had to repeat myself multiple times just to place a simple order. They also appeared uninterested in helping customers, and their attitude was unprofessional.
