I’ve been visiting this Dunkin’ regularly for the past few months. While there have occasionally been issues with the food being burnt, my main concern is the behavior of an employee named Zeenat. Recently, I’ve noticed repeated disrespectful Toxic behavior toward both customers and coworkers inside the store. I found a hair in my drink. It’s greenish, and I remember seeing a worker with that hair color. Don’t let them make your drink.
Great customer service . The staff is very kind and welcoming . The place is clean and newly upgraded.
