I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ for about six or seven years, and I know many of the employees here. Most of the workers have always been very nice, welcoming, and respectful, and I’ve generally had a great experience. But there is one employee, the lady who wears a scarf, whose demeanor I’ve noticed is quite different. Whenever she interacts with customers, she often seems less welcoming. To the woman working there: Did we do something wrong? We went there to have a meal, not to upset you. Are you being forced to work there under duress? Isn't working there your own choice? Please don't be angry—and just quit the job. It takes courage to do that, too.

I ordered two types of donuts and a coffee without whipped cream, but was told one of the donut varieties was unavailable—they should have indicated that beforehand. They started to add whipped cream, so I had to ask them to leave it off. If you're getting paid to do this job, you need to check the order properly.
