I went inside to order and the staff made zero eye contact, I waited for ten minutes to order even though I was the only customer inside. Since no attempts were made to take my order, I asked the employee and she said I should go to the drive through. I guess this was my sign not to order from this location, if they have such little regard for customers, I don't want them making my food.
Every time I go here the coffee is perfect the sandwich is perfect the customer service is perfect I go way out of my way just to go to this dunkin I love this place
If i could give this store a 0 star review i would, the company need to replace the workers, the times ive come here my experience have been the same, disrespectful workers with little patience, no professionalism at all.
I’ve always came to this dunking since is the closest one to my house. Every time I come the workers are mad and disrespectful, I step on this dunking trying to start a good morning and come out with a bad mood. They shouldn’t have people working that don’t know how to do costumer service!! This is unacceptable and I am not coming back here.
The counter server must have been having a bad day. I will not be returning to this location due to poor service
