Idk what happened here! It used to be my favorite Dunks and they were always so on top of it. The last several months have been the opposite, and though they always seem well staffed, things just seem perpetually disorganized. It ends up just being less convenient and costing more time than just driving to the one ten minutes further, unfortunately. Edit to say that I just saw another review mention a new (and ableist) manager. That makes more sense now. Bummer.
