I ordered a large chai latte with less iced and didn’t even receive a full cup of product. The excuse that the server gave me was when I ordered less ice I have less product that’s not what’s advertise for this business whatever business practices this is but it is unacceptable. Any other location does not use this practice.
After Delta Airlines lied about no overhead bins left and forced me to check my carryon, I sat on the plane angry for over an hour. I forgot to tell the cashier I need nondairy milk in my latte, so I was going to give it away. Heaven (her name suits her) turned my mood around by offering to make a new latte without me having to ask. It's Heaven that is getting the 5 stars.
Excellent customer service from the team working Monday night around 830 on November 3rd. Wonderful to have pleasant employees genuinely interested in being at work. The food was quick and served with smiles. They deserve to be recognized, thank you.
Dunkin always delivers on that iced Dunkin Latte!
Can’t beat Dunkin at the airport. My favorite is the breakfast sandwich and the caramel macchiato or iced late to go. Service is good and fast.
