This Dunkin location deserves ZERO stars but that’s not an option. Don’t waste your time because they surely will waste yours- long wait time, girl at the drive thru window can’t hear or doesn’t pay attention to your order, & then when THEY mess up completing said order there is no consideration or apology to the customer. Absolutely NO customer service offered. There are way to many restaurant options around to chose this place!
I've been to this Dunkin a few times while staying in Calhoun. And they tend to be quite slow and a bit disorganized. Most Dunkin's I've been to have been quite efficient with very good service, but this one may have some issues that need to be addressed.
Rating based off only ordering a sausage egg cheese croissant and coffee. The croissant is really bad. The sausage is awful tasting. Couldn’t finish it. The coffee did not come as I ordered it. And zero napkins in the bag. I ordered at the drive-thru.
They gave me a coffee 3/4 full . Im very disappointed
