That was a terrible experience. There was a very rude, dark-haired girl with green eyes who had no customer service skills.
I wanted to share my opinion on this location's customer service. I pulled into the drive through on 11/05 because I was excited tot try the cookie butter iced latte on th first day. now I understand it was going to be a long line considering it was the first day of the holiday drinks. I ordered my drink and had to repeat it twice to the lady at the speaker, pulled up to the window and paid - proceeded to wait 9 minnutes for my drink when someone opened the window and asked if I was waiting for a Latte... This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts location you will ever find. Mind you I’ve lived around Tampa bay, lived in states like Tennessee, Ohio and Michigan and I swear they were quick and efficient. This location takes their sweet time and still get your orders wrong most of the time. Plz skip this location!
I placed & paid for an order on the Dunkin’ app for the Halloween munchkins donut hole treat bucket. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they had completely run out. I was disappointed, but the situation was completely rectified when the manager gave me a full refund AND a free dozen of donuts! They were very apologetic and so kind . 10 out of 10 customer service and the donuts are delicious!!!! Thank you Dunkin
I went in on on 10/26 at 8:10PM and thought I would get a nice cup of coffee for my 12 HOUR shift and this is what I got! Totally unacceptable. I mean where’s the customer service for a Dunkin Donuts paid employee to simply strain and serve a decent cup of coffee. I paid you to waste my money? What’s wrong with employees these days.
