Ok, 2 days in a row now of bad service and today sprinkle some attitude in. I come bc it’s close to my house, but no longer worth the wait - the public wants quick coffee/food… why can’t you staff accordingly? And the male manager on the window this morning will bring the vibe of the whole place down. I manage - I’ll only come back to poach the 2 good employees you have and never return again.
I wish I could give this place no stars. The service there sucks. Everytime I have gone there they have gotten my order wrong, or they aren't even open at the time it says they are supposed to be open. Then, there are about 5 cars just waiting one at a time waiting for their order when they are open, which is understandable because it gets busy in the morning.Today I ordered Doordash at this exact location. This used to be my favorite Dunkin' to go to; however, the line is always insane, and my food is either burnt or just doesn't taste good. Today, I had the hardest bagel I have ever gotten in my entire life; you could literally knock somebody out with it. I know they're just insanely busy, but I know your food shouldn't always come out gross and hard. Lately, anytime I get coffee there, it just does not taste good compared to the other Dunkin' around.
