Tasty treats and coffee 🤤☕
I was just at the Coffeen Street Dunkin’ Donuts. The lady that waited on us was so rude that we left without our order. She didn’t get our order correct when I tried to correct her. She got very snotty and she swore and she swore at us.
I am what you would consider a Dunkin addict..I’ve tried every Dunkin in the area and I was a consistent regular at another Dunkin in town but they were way too inconsistent so I tried out this Dunkin again to see if there was improvement from the other store, and I absolutely love this Dunkin. They’ve never made my coffee wrong and it’s tasted great every time. I go out of my way in the morning to come here bc the staff is friendly and I get great service !
This Dunkin donuts was spectacular. No wait and I could finally order my bagel with egg and bacon. I've stopped at some Dunkin donuts where they couldn't make it because of no help
**UPDATE: decided to give them another shot and this time they informed me there's new company-wide policy, which doesn't exist on Google, that says they don't fill the cups if you ask for less ice. So even though I paid for a large, apparently all I'm paying for with that size is extra ice. I understand not giving me extra concentrate, but then give me extra of the mix in (green tea/oatmilk, sparkling water). What a rip off. Expect long wait times and poor customer service.
