I stopped by Dunkin' recently, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell the food and drinks were made with care. It's always nice to have a visit where the service is just as good as the quality of the food. Great job to the team! I'll definitely be back.
When they removed baskin robins, they should have also knocked this dunkin over with a bulldozer! This location sucks and is clearly poorly ran, and left to fall by the wayside. The quality of the food is horrible. They literally are not taking care in customer service or food service… just throwing stuff together and passing it out , unacceptable! My favorite location will always be Panola.
