They’re mad rude especially the old lady in the drive-through. She said I ordered too much stuff at window. I said oh can I please get whipped cream on my coffee and said no I ordered too much stuff and it was just two drinks two avocado toast, a chocolate doughnut and egg and cheese croissant like is that not your job? As if I was asking too much because I was trying to get help with the new pumpkin drink and just ask her if it tasted good and What other swirls I can add to the drink
Hot food not worth ordering at this location- they don't even heat it up/toast it all the way. Maybe the machines broken? Drinks are still good though. Blame management- this location is almost always understaffed. Workers barely able to keep up with online orders and walk-in customers regularly waiting several minutes to order while staff trying to take care of drive through. People often walk out while waiting in line here. Pay the people who work here more. They keep the lobby clean and most staff are usually friendly.
