I come to this location pretty often. Usually get Mario or the lady who claims she’s grumpy but is the sweetest lady ever , never having issues. Everything comes out phenomenal on time ( punctual ) but this one time I order online for drive thru pick up since I’m on a time crunch. mind you the drive thru is EMPTY, I should not have to wait longer then 15/20 mins. It’s insane for 6 donuts and 3 drinks. Which was order in advance. My drink came out more milk / water then anything
The food might be OK but its hard to tell because they are consistently out of most items I order. It does not matter if it's eight a m or three p m. In the past month, I have ordered (On four separate occasions) the ham and swiss stuffed croissant. Paid on the app only to be advised they were out of the item once I got there. It's never an apology, it's always just a matter of fact, nope. We dont have it. No empathy. No apology. No suggestion for a comparable item.
