By far the worst Dunks in the area. Only their location keeps them in business. Orders are wrong more often than not. Gotten major attitude from more than one employee on more than one occasion after requesting the correct items from my order. Miserable place. Take your money somewhere else.
During my visit to this Dunkin location, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The evening employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. After receiving my coffee, I politely asked if she could add more French Vanilla because it was not prepared as requested. Just left this dunks and it’s always a tossup whether you’re gonna get a good coffee or not. You could go to one Dunks- get a great coffee- go to another and it’ll be terrible. But at this location they make AMAZING coffee all the time! And the pleasure of being helped by Aya and she was the sweetest girl, she was so helpful, Very pleasant, My coffee came out absolutely perfect, And she helped me in a timely manner! The world needs more workers like Aya keep up the good work girlie 🫶
I stopped for coffee this morning, and the girl who served me offended me by implying I wasn't going to pay for it; she ruined my day.
