Good coffee but bad customer service!
Honestly as much as i usually enjoy Dunkin drinks, some of the staff at this specific location made me really hate dunkin. On this specific day, the staff got really lucky that manager was not there but i would’ve definitely reported him for not taking my request. He said “ I can’t have extra matcha even if I wanted to”!!! Like, is that even a thing? Please explain?
