Every time I order via app they're out of what I order. The refund process requires you submitting a DNA test and sacrificing your first born to the Dunkin God. To avoid that seeing that I'm down to only one child left I ordered off of their pumpkin menu because there's no way they run out of their featured item. Wrong again. The sandwich I ordered taste freezer burned. Lesson learned. I'll try again in 2026.
They did a custom milkshake for me!! Enjoyed every bit of it
8/27/25 8:24pm Croissant so horribly burnt it’s not even edible, couldn’t bother to actually put a practical amount of cheese. Literally failed at every aspect of your job. Including quality control, which your manager fails at! Pedí una orden de donuts, y un café, el café lo tenían listo, dijeron que no habían donuts, tenían unas pocas que no son de mi agrado porque no sabían qué más hacer, ya van más de dos veces que nunca encuentro donuts, a cualquier hora del día, se supone que es la especialidad del restaurante.
Avocado toast...not toasted. Soggy. Moldy bread. Got two for $8. Wouldn't refund.
