As someone from Massachusetts Massachusetts the home of dunks this location is soooo slow! Its ridiculous. I live down the street and come often but compared to the locations up north this is a bad example

I am not a coffee drinker so when a friend asked me to get her a special ice coffee ... I had no idea how to order it. The employees there were very helpful

I have been trying to purchase whole bean coffee from this location for over 3 weeks (visited 4 times). During the second visit, I asked an employee if they could have it ordered. They said they would. When I visited a week later, they had none in the store. I spoke with an asst mgr and she said she would ask the store manager to order it. When I visited a week later, they had none and I asked for the store manager. They said she was not in but gave me her name and the store phone number.
