My experience at this location has been consistently disappointing. Most of the staff are impatient and inattentive, and they often don’t take the time to listen or care about getting orders right. While there are a few employees who do their job well. Orders are frequently wrong or missing items, even after being repeated clearly multiple times. At drive thru woman taking the order didn’t know what a Dunkalette was that is on the menu. “She said we don’t have that, that is a food item!” Huh? “We have a dunkin latte.” Told me to leave. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or what, but it’s sad you don’t know what a basic drink is at a place you work at. Plus that you have little to no patience.
I don’t know why people work with customers if they hate people so much. Girl got my order wrong and then told me it’s my fault and rolled her eyes at me.
