At drive thru woman taking the order didn’t know what a Dunkalette was that is on the menu. “She said we don’t have that, that is a food item!” Huh? “We have a dunkin latte.” Told me to leave. I don’t know if there was a language barrier or what, but it’s sad you don’t know what a basic drink is at a place you work at. Plus that you have little to no patience.
I don’t know why people work with customers if they hate people so much. Girl got my order wrong and then told me it’s my fault and rolled her eyes at me.
