The workers are always friendly.
Ordered 2 donuts. The chocolate long john was packed 1st without it's own wrapper upside down. All the chocolate stuck to the bottom of the bag.
America runs on Dunkin/expensive coffee.
Unfortunately, bad service and incorrect orders are the absolute norm at this location. It is local to my sister and I, so we stopped by often. The first couple of times we excused the mistakes (forgetting the actual espresso in our drink, putting in dairy milk when we have an allergy) and tried to excuse the poor service. The staff is not well trained in customer service, and they spend a lot of time chatting amongst themselves or staring blankly when asked questions.
