Drive through was so slow that I exited the line and went hungry.

Apparently this Dunkin doesn’t follow corporate decisions. Dunkin corporate posted that you can get a free coffee mitten with purchase of an iced drink at 10am EST (9am CST). We went at 9am CST and they refused to honor the giveaway despite us showing the post that said it was for 10 EST. They said they’re not doing it until 10 CST regardless.
