We went through the drive through last weekend with a drive up order, it wasn’t busy. 2 sandwiches, 3 Bavarian cream donuts, and an order of hash browns. Somehow one of the donuts was missing. When returning to get it corrected there was no apology for the inconvenience their mistake cost me. Note* we did not get coffee/drinks as in the past I’ve seen them moving the cups by placing their fingers inside the cups to pinch and move them. They also leave their almond milk sitting out all day.
Bought hasbrowns because it was recommended and got only 6 pieces. Not even half a bag full. SMH
