When they did not have the donut I ordered they refused to refund me for the donut on my order. When I asked them why they refused to serve me further. Horrible attitude with a false sense of entitlement. Very sorry to have gone through the experience
hands down the slowest and most dysfunctional DD in nj. It doesn’t matter what time you go - the service is always slow and you’ll get the wrong order 2 days in a row (didn’t know you could mess up a coffee with cream).
Worst dunkin I have ever been too, first they are overpriced due to that they are at a reststop, which should be the only reason not to go there. The staff is very rude and can't seem to get an order straight. I had asked for extra whipped cream for my daughter and they told me they couldn't and I would have to order another drink with whipped cream to get the extra. What a joke. I may have even done that but due to fact they over charge like 40% more I just couldn't do it. WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS DUNKIN EVER AGAIN.
They didn’t use the front register and told me using cash was not available so that was really inconvenient at 8 am. The woman was also not friendly and was dismissive & sat at the front register on her phone. Coffee was good & made by someone else luckily
