Gave me the wrong bread on a $6 meal deal because it wasn’t ready yet. Bagel was barely toasted.
We stop here everyday and have to wait on our mobile and I know it's something little but my coworkers name is josé and he will say mobile for josé and they will say we have one for Joe's but not one for josé and ask him if he means joe`s and everyday my response is the same thing his name is Jose not Joe's this has been a year long thing driving me nuts

Very bad quality of bagal the staff is not Professional
Apparently, ordering a hot Americano with a little milk on top is a real brain teaser here. First, I got regular coffee. Then an Americano—without milk. Asked again, and they got the same drink back… still no milk. At this point, it felt like a game of “how many ways can we get this wrong?” The service was impressively indifferent, the coffee was forgettable, and the hash browns tasted like they came straight from the convenience store frozen aisle—microwaved with love (or not).
