Great Dunkin' ! I go here multiple times a week (work nearby) Mobile order always ready when I arrive, coffee is always delish, and staff is cool & nice :)
I always order on the app and just swing in and pick up my order because I get points and in app specials. I love their vanilla headlight donut. I typically get a mocha latte, but sometimes find a special I like. I had an issue this week with the app and had to contact support. Corporate mishandled it, but Val at this location stepped in and took care of it for me. I'll definitely be back soon. Thank you!
Rude and completely unprofessional. I went to this location and had the worst experience. The man in charge not only corrected my English accent but blamed me and his coworker for getting my order wrong. He seemed angry and his was speaking at a high volume, to both, me and this lady who works there. English is my second language and I usually get around pretty well, but this man insisted he did not understand me. The lady understood me without trouble.
