Ordered a coffee and a bagel sandwich. Ten minutes later still no sandwich while many drive thru orders went by. They said oops, sorry must have deleted yours. Then took five more minutes to make it while still serving several more drive thru orders before me. Embarrassingly terrible service.
I come to this location almost every single day, even going out of my way because my coffee order is always right! I don't have to worry about waiting in a long line either! Raju and Kai are always very friendly at the window!
This Dunkin is 10/10 they always make my coffee perfect and my food delicious.
This is a great Dunkin. Shout out to Nicole at this location she is the best!! She's always consistent, kind and generous.
