Dunkin inside of Bradley International. Stopped here before going to my gate. The young man was really nice when he noticed I was getting my app and said the manager made a rule that the app could not be used only cash or card. The manager was actually standing behind him and she started laughing. I asked if he was serious or joking? He said, no I’m serious. this new company that took over the foods suck. The system barely works. And gives errors.
They dont follow the menu and dont honor advertised meals. What a shame. Airport prices also higher
