Ordered food and paid. After paying was told they did not have the food. Waited 45 minutes as they tried to contact their manager. Left frustrated and robbed
Ordered large iced coffee with EXTRA almond milk and two Splenda. Had no Splenda. When given the iced coffee, I advised the person that I had asked for extra almond milk and it didn’t look like there way any. He proceeds to check with the dude that made it; they said they did put extra almond milk. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE, you be the judge. Although they got the rest of my order right, I had to spend more than 5 minutes explaining to them that I'm supposed to be getting a free donut after taking their survey they offer on the receipt. The employees seemed unsure as to what I was talking about , as if they never heard of Dunkin' Donuts, offering a free donut whenever their customers take a survey (how do you work for a company and not know about customer information provided on the receipt you give to customers?)
