No napkins, poor attitude, can’t even make food/drinks as ordered. Ashley was no help at all.
Everytime I come the service is so slow I hate to leave this review but I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re in a rush you’d be here atleast 5-10 minutes
I stopped through the drive thru this afternoon to order a coffee. It took almost 5 minutes after the person in front of me order. When it was my turn, I ordered a drink and then a braided apple pie. I was told they have no food. I should habe been told before ordering or a sign already up. The lady was no apologetic. Poor customer service. How does a dunkin donuts have NO FOOD by 1230pm.
Went to this location and not only did they give me the wrong order, when the corrected the bagel sandwich I ordered was completely burned… and they didn’t add the aïoli I ordered too. Never coming here again.
