A hot mess of a Dunkin and I’ve been to countless all over the country . Be prepared to wait a very long time 20-40 minutes for a sandwich and coffee .
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’. Every time I go inside, the focus seems to be entirely on the drive-thru while customers waiting in line are ignored. During my most recent visit which was this morning, I waited about 8 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or anyone else in line and I wasn’t even first, so others had clearly been waiting longer.
