This place has had problems for a very long time now. Honestly, they just need to pull the plug and call it quits already. From an outsiders perspective, part of the problem seems to be that 95% of their employees are incompetent…I understand this location is in Carbondale, so I’m not exactly expecting the moon and stars when it comes to service, but this place seems to be 10 times worse than other establishments that are in town. I used the kiosk and it didn’t take my order. I waited at least 20 minutes patiently. My order never came. I showed the waiter that it took my money. The only explanation was that they were ‘slammed.’ I never got my complete order. I understand mistakes- the attitude that I got was not helpful. Do better. I have been purchasing donuts for my nieces and nephews for over 14 years here!
