New and clean, but over worked/understaffed. From inside counter, Ordered a single coffee and (1) donut....25 min to receive. All ate was spent on out side drive thru, which was just as jammed.
Waiting time is ridiculous, 15 mins for a coffee is crazy. They need to do better.
This location is awful. Any time my mom and I have come, we have had nothing but rude service and mistakes made. My mom and I always get less ice, but we should stop clicking it because they always fill the cups like we get extra ice. They have either given my mom the wrong drink (lemonade instead of tea), and have served my food either burnt to the point of inedible or barely toasted its lukewarm.
