I avoided coming here for over a year because of past bad experiences. The store is understaffed, out of half the food/drink items and seems dysfunctional. My experience today was better than the last but trying to order online over half the items I wanted were out of stock. They only have a handful of donuts stocked everytime I go and that seems odd because this place is known for their donuts. I ordered ahead with the app and when I got there is wasn’t ready. Passing thru town and visited this location....bad mistake. I ordered 2 hot coffees with cream, a LG sweet and an order of stuffed everything mini bagels. I received 1 coffee no cream, 1 unsweetened tea and my bagels were cold after waiting almost 25 mins. So I went back to the register to have them fix the tea and coffee which took another 10 mins, I didnt even bother with the bagels or ask for my other coffee. Star-spangled donut!!
Order a dozen glazed donuts and when I get to work and open the box half them are upside down and stuck to the box. A glazed donut is really not the same if most of the glaze is stuck to the box. How hard is it to put donuts in a box!?
