Extremely slow service. It looked like it was everyone's first day on the job. They completely forgot about our donuts. They prioritized drive-thru and we were waiting at the counter for 10 mins. Don't get me wrong the food was good, couldn't say the same about the drinks. We ordered dunkin energy and ended up with flavored sparkling water, I wanted energy for a reason. Their staff is actively high and the slowest you'll ever see
Waited like 15 min with 3 cars ahead of me. Missing an item and then gave me sausage croissants instead of sausage bagels. I always regret going. I don't know why I keep trying.
Service was great but hash browns looked and tasted horrible. Didn’t open up the food until I got home so I wasn’t going to go back.
The employees at this location like to work without gloves which is both nasty and improper to Dunkin’s own standards of work
