The hospitality here was very negative. I order a refresher that did not taste the same And they refused to give me a refund or remake it because I did not have the tag on the cup but I had my receipt! Just a awful experience and a horrible way to start my morning!
I was just here about a week or two ago, usually the service is great! I come when I get off work and whenever I come inside i’m greeted with a “Hello!” and taken care of immediately, but the last time I was there I noticed a new employee. Not sure what her name was but she was short and blonde. I ordered food per usual and noticed she was eating off the same table my food was being made on. They have the best hot chocolate. Service was awesome and everyone working there were very nice. Also had a bagel and cream cheese.
