Waited ten minutes for the two ladies working to stop talking to their friends at the counter before making my drink. My order was the only one up there. Rude and unprofessional.
I had an exceptional experience, I ordered the filled cream donuts, very creamy and delicious and friendly staff all the way. You wanna come back to a place that gives you great customer service

The service here is the worst I've ever seen from any other comparable business. I tried stopping by to get some glazed munchkins real fast with only 1 person in line. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes and they still weren't able to get to me. I finally got tired of waiting and just left. The 2 people working didn't even say anything; "be right with you" or nothing. The line backed up quite a bit after me.
