Had a really frustrating delivery issue today where most of my order never arrived, but the staff here were genuinely kind and helpful when I came in person. Even though the order had already been refunded through Grubhub, they still offered to remake the missing drinks for me anyway. Really appreciated the understanding and customer service. Thank you to the team for turning around a stressful morning.
Trash just milk and barley any flavor of coffee first and last time going here. $20 on coffee that ended up in the garbage and went to starbucks save your money.
Corporate needs to replace this whole staff.
Horrible staff. Some male teenager took my order and then just left without saying anything and went to take out the trash while I waited wondering where he went. If you don’t want to work simply quit!! No one is forcing you but don’t take it out on customers. Learn some manners man. He also was taking people’s orders and making drinks and didn’t even wash his hands after touching the trash !
