Excellent customer service! Food was prepared and served to satisfaction! Best Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve ever been to!
Large lack of staff and organization.. I stood in side waiting almost a half hour .By the time I received my drink , my sandwich was cold. Not impressed
We ordered a hot coffee and an iced shaken espresso. We got room temperature coffee and watered down iced something with no flavoring.
Avoid this black hole at all costs. Five people “working” behind the counter, looking like they’re lost in space. I ordered three donuts, free breakfast sandwich sandwiches, and three coffees. I had to go to work after waiting for 25 minutes with nothing coming out. My wife had to come take over the waiting so I could go to work. She waited for an additional 30 minutes. Of course they messed up everyone’s order.
