The bathroom should not look like this at 6AM. Filthy, disgusting. Food and espresso is decent. Customer service lacks.
Polite but long wait and didn't follow directions. The cheese melt is supposed to be toasted not microwaved. I had to wait a long time and wouldn't have minded if the sandwhich was toasted as requested. Instead I received soggy bread and burnt cheese. . Still sucks. They just gave me watery cold brew. Literally seethru
