Far too slow ! They prioritize drive throughs and ignore all the people standing right in front of them. We saw three groups (including us) leave the store after waiting and being ignored by counter staff.
This Dunkin Doughnuts sucks! It's dark and dingy in there. The presentation of the doughnut is horrible. They look all dry and old. They employees are nice but they aren't organized. I had order a drink and they told me to pull up in the front parking lot and never came out with my drink! This is not okay there needs to be an intervention because if the front is this bad are the tools and utensils being cleaned? Is the food being safely stored? Etc etc. Things are way to expensive now for it not to have better quality.
