Every time I have visited this location they are out of everything to include cups. Only small or medium. They rarely take costumes at the register and make everyone use the kiosk. Very inefficient. Today the coffee tasted 3 days old.
They did a great job. I appreciate the person that saw me waiting as asked what my order number was to ensure I received my order. Thanks for starting my day off right.
This location is the absolute slowest of any fast food restaurant in any airport I have ever experienced and I travel all the time. It is consistently slow every single time I go there. The order kiosk is the major hold up and the fact that the employees refuse to take anyone’s order and would rather stand around watching people fumble with the kiosk is ridiculous. On a Monday morning out of hot food items, no large cups available so downgraded to medium without a refund. Took 20 minutes for 7 people to be served just coffees not a fast airport experience.
