Worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever! There was a Hispanic man and black man and that gave terrible customer service. I went to the store on Friday 4/24/26 at 4:30 PM. I walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge my son and I. there was no one in line, They were on there in thier phones, didn’t wash there hands , these boys need to find another job, And get out of the field of Customer Service

The employees are very friendly but I have been to this location twice around 1:00 and 1:30 pm and was informed they were CLOSED.
This was my second time going to this location. Both occasions I ordered the queso hash browns. There was no cheese in the case of hash browns on either occasion. I went on today and I ordered the egg bites queso hash browns a large Frozen caramel coffee and two chocolate frosted donuts the caramel coffee was great right on point. The queso hash browns did not have any cheese and I did not get my two chocolate donuts hopefully things will get better with this location.
