I love Dunkin but I set myself up for failure every time I go to the Kirby location. I'm an optimistic person, so I think "maybe next time will be better"... Nope... When I do an online order, the order is NEVER ready at the allotted time. Every time I request skim milk, they are always out of it; or the coffee is made with an overwhelming amount of whatever milk that is available. The morning crew got Wednesday are awesome keep it up and lobby was clean and presentable with hot food and coffee....
Naya Was super helpful and friendly. A real joy to come in and order. She was patient with my son as he tried to order and went above and beyond to make him happy.
The BEST butter pecan iced coffee, and wonderful customer service, although they are extremely busy everyday
