⭐ 1-Star Review I stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday, June 21st, right at noon. I always make it a point to go inside rather than use the drive-thru—my daughter worked at Dunkin' for years and always said inside customers are the ones who usually tip, and I like to reward good service. Three young people (2 male and 1 female) were working very hard filling orders and working nicely together
I fail to find a consistent Dunkin but I think I finally found one! I’ve been going here for about a month or so, and all the drinks I’ve gotten are exactly how I order them. The workers are super friendly and yes the wait is sometimes long but I would rather wait for good items then have them rush for items that are horrible. I haven’t purchased food here yet, but so far so good!
20 minutes for an order ahead for one coffee is WILD.
The service most part is horrible. Staff don’t greet well in the morning my mobile order is never ready. If go inside the wait is 20 minutes and I’ll be only one stand there.
