Dunkin coffee and donuts great, the ridiculously slow service with zombie employees and place always dirty.
I used to come here a lot but not anymore after today. About one car was parked when I arrived, drive thru totally clear and it’s only about 5pm. Get to the ordering part and am left to sit there in silence for about 3-5 minutes, not a “please wait” or anything, just silence. I finally say “hello?” to get told to wait longer, no problem, I wait. Tell them I ordered online and am told to pull up, wait more, kid hands me a drink without saying anything to me. Cleanest Dunkin in the entire New York
Other then the drive thru wait being extremely long and uncessary (they should really have people pull up when waiting on things and then bring it out to them to keep the line moving) this place is fantastic. There are a few employees (who I'm so sad to say I don't know there names) really go above and beyond for their job and make me feel so welcomed. As soon as I walk in or the few times I'm able to use the drive thru pull up they are immediately handing me my coffee with a smile without even asking who I am
