Drive thru can by slow. And to be honest all the breakfast sandwiches taste like hot plastic. Dunkin is convenient so it’s got that going for it. Edit: this dunkin has deteriorated, ask for a toasted bagel with cc and get a not toasted bagel with cc. Wait at the drive thru for 10-15 (only care there)minutes and the ham croissant is COLD.
Ended up here by accident! Had been driving for 4 hours and needed coffee. I stopped going to Dunkin about 4 years ago because the stores are generally not clean and their frappuccino or whatever it's called is almost always has a very a stale/sour milk. Thought I had punched in Starbucks in the GPS! I was so tired that I went in there without even realizing that it was Dunkin and I of course carried my Starbucks mug. ⭐ 1-Star Review I stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday, June 21st, right at noon. I always make it a point to go inside rather than use the drive-thru—my daughter worked at Dunkin' for years and always said inside customers are the ones who usually tip, and I like to reward good service. Three young people (2 male and 1 female) were working very hard filling orders and working nicely together
I fail to find a consistent Dunkin but I think I finally found one! I’ve been going here for about a month or so, and all the drinks I’ve gotten are exactly how I order them. The workers are super friendly and yes the wait is sometimes long but I would rather wait for good items then have them rush for items that are horrible. I haven’t purchased food here yet, but so far so good!
