Placed an online order only just to get told they're out of donuts. How are you Dunkin' Donuts and are out of almost all your donuts. The few times I've been here Ive experienced great customer service though
Luz in the drive thru went above and beyond when I asked for a complicated order for my brother. In times when fast food and customer service lacks quality employees she stood above and beyond in explaining the difference between certain drinks and options. 10/10 for her. Employees make or break a company. I see this location only has 2.6/5 stars. Store and district manager should look into these kind of employees and promote within because they’re valuable. Thank you.
