The worst donuts I ever had before
I had such a pleasant experience when I initially visited this location. My app wasn’t loading the free pumpkin spice latte coupon, and the lady still accommodated it. As I drove off, I noticed she also gave me a free doughnut! She was super nice, had a great smile and great customer service. I tried calling the store to get her name for this review to give her a little shout out. The first time they didn’t answer the second time they answered and immediately hung up. I’ve only ordered twice and both time they have failed me, the food taste burnt and chemically. And the coffee is horrible. I placed a mobile order the second time and they forgot my hash browns and tbh thank god they did because I just know they would have given me food poisoning.
Usually don't go to this location bc of the reviews but had no other choice but to go to this location. Ordered egg and cheese sandwich but didn't have any eggs in stock when I got there which was upsetting. But they comp. me with an avo. toast and extra order of hash brown which was nice. Food was good regardless. Debating whether or not to give this location another chance
