Employees don't wash their hands...8/31/2025 11:05 am....Asian woman Employee had on gloves, but handled money....had dirty hands..and failed to change and replace gloves...before serving and putting her hands on donuts...You really have watch Employees here closely
The experience was positive.
Got in this Ethiopian lady started helping me with my order, but she is not paying attention she started talking to someone else I’m asking her to do a caramel blast and she starts doing something else I told her that’s not what I want and she starts yelling at me that Is what I told her but is not because she is not paying attention also starts to curse at me when I’m telling her that she is not giving a good service. They need to do better is my first time coming to this location and not sure if I will come back.
Great thick milkshake.
