Great customer service! So glad they have a Dunkin in the airport!
The customer service representative was on her phone the whole time as she was making my coffee. I asked her a simple question and she gave me attitude and other customers attitude, as if we are making her come into work very rude unprofessional. As I walked up to the counter, she was sitting where the passengers are supposed to sit and totally ignoring the line until somebody had to say excuse me does anybody work here because she was on her phone strolling media how I know because I was looking at her on social media inste... read more
Not open at 4am. I personally work at the airport and there was not a single soul even at 5:45am.
I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the warm smiles from the staff.
