I ordered 2 large iced caramel crazes, and I was given 2 larged iced coffees with milk and whipped cream. Very disappointing! Were they not trained to make the signature drink? We made this purchase a little after 6 pm.
I've been here a few times and it's always great service and fresh donuts. No issues at all. Employees are respectful, helpful and very nice. I'm surprised by the folks that claim they have a problem and automatically leave a 1 star review. Keep up the good work at this location.
The guy who took my order did not put on gloves while fixing my order. He even made a comment that we accept social security cards as well as debit cards. That was so inappropriate. My donuts were hard, dry and tasted old. I was extremely disappointed. I really thought I would have a wonderful experience, but no.
Ordered a dozen glazed for my team today, please tell me why at 9 in the morning I open the box and my donuts are freezing cold (like refridgerated) and stale. Why did I pay this overinflated price for yesterday's ice cold donuts???? Do yourself a favor and take 10 extra minutes and go to Golden if you want something made the same day! Will NEVER go here again!
Terrible service. I went through the drive thru and before I could even finish my sentence the girl over the intercom cut me off. All I wanted to know is if you could substitute the sausage for the bacon but before I even said a word she says "NO 🙄" woth an attitude. Very impatient. I didn't want it anymore after that. I drove away. Go to another location if you want better service.
