Never in my life have I sat in a drive thru for OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES just to get an iced coffee. Then I finally get to order and told they have no large cups. Whoever is in charge of inventory and management needs to step it up. The girls at the window are pleasant to deal with but you can clearly see there’s an issue with management.
Went in 4 pumkin latta iced.amd waited forever.After paying.girl had guy ask what.i want So wierd this am.i showed him receipt and he turned head back 2 say she.paid and said he will make.it .i ask gal whydid unwant me 2 pay again . she said so many lattas.??? i get and .it not as dark as billboard pic .even with extra stuff.since girl was trying.to charge me twice thru a.guy i showed her and said it looks like milk She.stated u dont like milk.ok have a good day at i dont enjoy playing games.dunkin pumpkin has way changed i ... read more
Slow service. Little to no customer service. A lot of poor attitudes and lack of management for such a critical location for the martinsburg area.
Run #pumkin everything is on now ..got this am punkin latta @coffee .Love the small iced coffee with 2 sugar 2 creme and 2 mocha.umm my fav.glaze donuts r great Large and love the glaze on them. Butter pecan coffee, good also.small 2 pecans and 2 sugar no creme.After the yummy calories time to hike or bike to run the yums off..
