If I can give this place a zero star rating I would could not hear the person talking through the little intercom to order my drinks ordered my drinks got the drinks wrong made them very wrong when I tried to kindly correct the young lady that it was supposed to be a large and not a small she looked at me with a smack attitude angrily change the drink took them almost 30 minutes three drinks I feel corporate needs to come in and teach their employees how to respect customers with kindness and not snappy attitudes
Well now that they don't carry sweet shots of flavors for your coffee it's kind of tricky getting the right balance on my coffee. Especially since I get to go to about 4 or 5 different DD shops close to my home, it's difficult to get the right coffee every time. Even though I say the same thing. Cockroach walked across the counter yuk never again
Waited 30 minutes to be told their receipt printer wasn’t working and they couldn’t make the food. Incredibly rude staff. When I asked for a refund an employee just walked off. Took another 10 minutes before they finally decided to refund me and the rest of the store.
Got my coffee and a couple donuts.
