The gentleman that was on duty was very nice and helpful. He even took time to fix my mom's drink, she said it was a bit cold. She love hot, very hot drinks. .
Looks like a new employee who is extremely rude unprofessional on the phone while she is serving customers and does not know how to make coffee. Shocking. The rest of the employees are wonderful
