This just happened about 20 minutes ago. It is infuriating when fast food places do this. I stood in line at the register, literally the only customer inside the store, and got totally ignored even by the person who appeared to be the manger while three cars pulled up in the drive thru, gave there ordered, was served their items, and drove off. Went through the drive thru this morning. There were about 3 cars in the parking lot and 1 car ahead of me in the drive thru. I got to the menu and was asked to wait. Sure that's fine. But after waiting for multiple minutes another car pulled up in other lane and was seen to immediately. Assuming they forgot about me I let them know I was ready when they were (my words exactly.
