Asked for a custard filled, chocolate covered donut.. received a chocolate filled powder donut.. I was the only person in line.
First dunkin to listen to my complicated drink order and get it right
The food and drinks are good. The service is slow and especially the response time in the drive thru. Id rather be behind 10 people at McDonalds than behind 2 people here..
Got hot chocolate for 2.50$ 11/16/25 They were out of any Dubai Chocolate unfortunately but were super nice. I know everyone’s big on the Dubai chocolate rn so no biggie.
I ordered a drink at the drive thru and they told me to wait on the side in the parking lot for the drink. I waited a long time until I decided to go into the Dunkin’ Donuts and get the drink myself which was just sitting on the counter already made. This is very bad service.
