Requested a scoop of something which was not showcased, but the nice young lady behind the counter said she had a little in the back and got me the last of it, with an extra scoop as well!
Customer service sucks!!! 8:30am july 31 Young girl at the counter couldn’t smile or greet i had to ask her if she was ready for my order… didn’t care too ask questions on how to better serve me.. then after my coffee i had to wait to ask for creamer and sugar and was rudely told i needed to ask for creamer when i gave my order. how was i supposed to know when you don’t explain that when i put the order in the first place??
Good service but the coffee was ok.
Great selection, large facility, ans baskin Robbins to boot! Best DD in town!
