This location is awful. I'm pretty sure the franchise owner must not like chocolate. Never any good chocolate ice cream flavors & now discontinued chocolate cream filled donuts too. Decided on a sweet black pepper bacon sandwich & this is what I received.
Website hard to understand. No way to order more than four dozen. West Chestnut St store said they had no donuts that day!?!?
Was in the area & stopped by to pick up breakfast, wish I would’ve read the reviews. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service before. One of the things I ordered was a sweet tea, wasn’t sweet & tasted like garbage. Politely asked for something else but they said it was already rang up & wouldn’t switch it out for me. They rudely told me like 5 times if I don’t like it I can add sugar, if I wanted to do that I would have ordered unsweetened. Then I asked to purchase a different drink & they were really short with me.... read more
